Fleet Vehicle Management Software has been disigned to carry out successfully control of vehicles in different ways.
First of all our database has a filter to control vehicles: Active and Inactive in your fleet. The system has an alarm system for 7 dates, including 3 for insurances, which will ring whenever a date has expired or is about to expire. The form will show a green button for okay, yellow button for will expire within one month and red button when the date has expired.
Our software for fleet management allows photos for all your vehicles.
The system also creates a folder in you hard disk for every vehicle.

From vehicles you may go to the Daily Movement module and have access to all the reports concerning accounting, costs and maintenance.
