Equipment maintenance and management by hours / date
Our software has two methods for programming equipment maintenance: by hours or by date:
Automatic equipment maintenance system by hours and manual programmed method by dates
1. Equipment maintenance by hours- Automatic system
It works with the Equipment Jobs / Hire module which at the same time does the accounting of income and expenses for any piece of equipment and keeps track of the equipment use. This method only requires that you enter date, hours at the end of the job, type of expense and cost.
The results are shown on the dedicated equipment maintenance monitor and generates a great number of reports.
The system has built in audio visual alarms that show you the state of very important maintenance items such as oil, brakes, tires, warranty, timing belt, shock absorbers, suspension, battery, etc.
The equipment alarms can be programmed to show green when okay, yellow when any determined number of hours is reached, eg: 72 hours before oil change, and red when the hours expire.
The program produces maintenance reports for one piece of equipment or for all.

2. Programmed Maintenance by dates
The second method to program equipment maintenace can be used manually and allows you to program your equipment by dates. The system is very informative and responds with audio visual alarms.
This system allows you to program equipment maintenance and . At the same time it allows you to create new types of maintenance that your equipment requires.
